DISC PERSONALITY
My DISC Personality is a DC: a dominant-conscientious. It means, let's take action now, but let's be sure to be detailed about it. My focus is to problem-solve, yet follow procedures. My behavior is motivated by challenge through cautious and conceptual thought process. My personal DISC assessment pegs me as having two-sides of a whole: "Careful analysis of your response pattern indicates that you may tend to have dichotomous ambitions: On one hand, you are driven to achieve quick, visible results, but you are equally motivated by strong quality control and perfection." My DiSC personality lends well to the high output demands of my work that bends me with critical strategic initiatives that require results that follow careful processes and parameters.

MEYERS-BRIGGS INDICATOR
My Meyers-Briggs Indicator is an INFJ, the rarest of the 16 personality types found in the general population. As an INFJ at work, I covet project work that supports constructive change for the greater good and allows a margin of creative problem solving. Working in a team environment, I usually take the role of organizer and motivator. I believe I have a keen eye in identifying strengths within a group and fostering that potential towards positive work. I also enjoy sharing creative ideas and vision in a way that allows the group to adopt it as their idea rather than just my idea. As an INFJ, I believe I will bring a unique advantage to a team through my creative problem-solving process as a deep thinker and balanced emotional quotient.
